Elsa Yu is Director at EquitiesFirst.
Focusing on business origination and strategy, Elsa is primarily responsible for the development and management of strategic relationships with external partners across Asia.
With over a decade of experience in financial services, Elsa is an expert in business development and relationship management, with a deep understanding of multi-asset classes, especially derivatives and fixed income products.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Elsa was an Associate Director at LianHe Ratings Global where she worked closely with major investment banks and Chinese issuers. She has also held various business development positions at ION Group, Fitch Ratings, ACE Group and Fubon Futures. Elsa holds a Master’s degree in finance and banking from University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Soochow University, Taiwan.
Elsa is based at the Asia headquarters in Hong Kong, China.
