Didier Zheng is Head of Beijing Office for EquitiesFirstTM.
Didier is primarily responsible for exploring business opportunities in Greater China region.
With over a decade of financial services experience in Western Europe and Asia, Didier is an expert on capital market strategy and financing for listed companies, and provides great synergy when company shareholders seek EF’s service.
Didier comes with a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, capital markets and banking. Prior to joining EF, he was Chief Executive Officers of Dots Institutional Investors, an institutional investor social network that includes Chief Investment Officers, fund managers and analysts, who manage around US$30 billion.
He was also the Deputy GM of Investor Relations and Executive Director of Fixed Income for Fosun International (656.HK). He participated in the management of Fosun’s insurance portfolio of US$20 billion, and was part of the team that achieved equity raisings of US$3.5 billion with market capitalization growing approximately 390%. Prior to Fosun, Didier was a H-share equity research analyst for SWS (Shenyin & Wanguo Securities). He started his financial career as an M&A analyst for BNP Paribas and a credit analyst for Société Générale in Paris.
Prior to his financial career, Didier worked for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in French Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Master’s in management (option finance) degree from ESCP Business School in Paris.
Didier is a Chinese national, and is fluent in Mandarin, English and French.
