Henry is responsible for equity research, data analysis and supporting the business development team in Hong Kong.
With more than seven years of experience in equity and cryptocurrency research, Henry brings with him solid expertise in the areas of company research, fundamental analysis, investment, portfolio management and risk management.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Henry served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at LBN Advisers. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Honours) from the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.

Jade is primarily responsible for the origination development as well as strategic management of institutional and private partnerships for EquitiesFirst in Hong Kong.
With more than eight years of experience in alternative investment across multi-asset classes, Jade brings a deep understanding to the needs of multiple clients including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, listed corporates and financial institutions.
Prior to rejoining EquitiesFirst, Jade was the Vice President of Syndications at Mirae Asset Securities, where she led alternative investment including equity and credit distribution to Asia’s institutional investors. Jade is licensed to conduct Type 1 regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Commission and holds a Bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Jules was executive assistant to the chief executive officer at Eversheds Sutherland, an international legal firm and executive assistant to Cantor Fitzgerald’s General Counsel for Europe. She has also served in executive assistant and secretarial roles for numerous financial services and technology companies.

Elisse Cornell is the Transaction Administration Specialist at EquitiesFirst.
Elisse oversees all transaction settlements completed by EquitiesFirst as well as the tracking of loan positions. She also maintains the firm’s loan pipeline throughout the transaction cycle and supports Directors in ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive loan terms for partners.
With over 15 years of experience in business development and human resources, Elisse has a proven track record in team management and commercial development.

Dong-Lyul Lee is the Executive Director and Head of Sales, South Korea at EquitiesFirst.
Dong-Lyul is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategic relationships with corporates, institutions and high-net-worth individuals in the South Korean market.
With more than 30 years of experience, Dong-Lyul brings deep industry knowledge and expertise in financial markets and products, including equities, bonds, derivatives and structured products, with a primary focus on asset-backed financing.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Dong-Lyul was a senior sales advisor at Shinhan Financial Investment. He began his career at SK Securities and has worked for respected global institutions, namely Citibank, Salomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. He has also served as Head of Private Banking Group at NH Investment & Securities. Dong-Lyul earned his PhD in business administration from Soongsil University. He also holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Yonsei University and Korea University respectively.

With over 15 years of experience in international investment banking and financial services, Edwin brings a well-established expertise in strategic transaction advisory across public and private markets, as well as fundraising and management with an extensive network of corporate, institutional and high-net-worth individual clients.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Edwin held senior leadership positions at China Industrial Securities International Capital and Mason Group. He also served at Citigroup Global Markets Asia and Haitong International Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, United States. James Gee-Chul Lee is the Managing Director and South Korea CEO at EquitiesFirst.
In his role, James oversees EquitiesFirst's Seoul operations as well as leads its origination development and deal execution efforts in conjunction with the firm's global operations team. James is also responsible for formulating and driving the firm's business strategies and initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, James was a senior finance lawyer and primary relationship manager at Kim & Chang for the firm’s key global institutional clients. James started his career as a currency trader at Hyundai International Merchant Bank in 1996 in Seoul. After graduating from law school in the US, he spent eight years across New York, Hong Kong and London as an M&A and capital markets lawyer for law firms Sidley Austin, Skadden Arps and Clifford Chance. After returning to South Korea in 2010, he worked as General Counsel for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Korea for six years before joining Kim & Chang.
James earned his Bachelor of holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministrationManagement from Korea University and earned a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.

David is primarily responsible for building a robust client network and cultivating strong relationships to drive business opportunities in Singapore and across Asia. In addition to focusing on the development and promotion of the firm’s financing solutions for deal origination, he also collaborates closely with global company executives in establishing client connections in Asia with a strategic focus on Singapore and Korea.
With over 15 years of experience in investment banking and tech finance, David specializes in capital markets and investor relations in M&A, IPOs, as well as private fundraising. His skill sets and extensive network have been pivotal in fostering significant corporate and financial growth. He also brings his expertise in managing high-net-worth individual assets in Korea and Singapore.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, David led one of Korea's most acclaimed tech startup M&A transactions, the acquisition of Woowa Brothers Corp by Delivery Hero. He also made significant contributions at J.P. Morgan Securities in investment banking and equity sales, at Standard Chartered Korea in private banking strategy, and led the IPO of Innocean Worldwide, a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Youshin Oh is the Chief Administrative Director, South Korea at EquitiesFirst.
Youshin oversees media relations, corporate communications and marketing. His role also encompasses collaborating with individual and institutional partners to support business development with a focus on the corporate sector. Furthermore, he is responsible for managing the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Youshin worked as a reporter for major media groups covering various areas including politics, law, securities, venture, international and real estate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Laws from Korea University.

Jiwon Park is the Administrative Manager, South Korea at EquitiesFirst.
Jiwon manages overall administration of the Seoul office and actively contributes towards enhancing the efficiency of office operations that adhere to global standards.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Jiwon undertook manager roles at Samsung C&T Resort, Coex and OurHome in various fields such as administration, talent development, customer service and human resources. Jiwon holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from the Graduate School of Tourism, Sejong University.

Alan Pereira is the Finance Director, Europe at EquitiesFirst.
Alan oversees all financial operations of the firm across its business units in Europe.
As a Chartered Accountant, Alan brings extensive experience in professional accounting and commerce, both domestically and internationally, to the firm.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Alan was involved in a number of financial projects under The Raven & Santon Group, where he assisted in a number of flotations on the AIM market including Raven Russia Limited. Previously, Alan was the Financial Director of a reputable chain of health and fitness clubs which was later sold to First Leisure.

Ángela García Rivillos is an Assistant at EquitiesFirst.
Ángela is primarily responsible for all administrative tasks at the firm’s Spain office, as well as ensuring quality services across the firm.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Ángela was most recently an Assistant Manager at a private banking firm, after previously holding administrative roles in the Accounting and Marketing Departments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in foreign language from Cardenal Cisneros University in Alcalá de Henares.

Hyou is responsible for overseeing strategic business relationships for the firm, with a primary focus on the Japan market.
With nearly two decades of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Hyou brings extensive expertise and has led successful equity fundraising deals for corporates across Asia.
Prior to joining EquitiesFirst, Hyou worked at CITIC CLSA Securities (Hong Kong), Mizuho Securities Asia (Hong Kong) and Goldman Sachs (Japan) among others.
